How to stop bed wetting

If you tried medication and failed or you wish to avoid medication until you try more natural methods there are two top natural at home treatments.
How to stop bed wetting
How to stop bed wetting 1:
Set your alarm clock for a couple of time during the night. When it goes off, wake up your child and make them visit the bathroom. This can be tiring for both of you but will help keep night times dry while training your child to wake up when their bladder is full. It is recommended the parent wakes up the child rather than just setting the child’s alarm, this is because the parent can then ensure the child does go to the bathroom and also that the child does wake up in the first place. Many children who wet the bed are heavy or deep sleepers.

How to stop bed wetting 2:
Try limiting their fluids before bed time and ensuring your child goes to the bathroom right before bed. Limiting the fluids taken will ensure the bladder dos not get too full overnight while emptying prior to bed time gives the child the most possible time at night. Bed wetting is often caused by an inability to feel when the bladder is full during the night so in order to have a dry night you have to give the bladder the best possible chance to not get full. Bed wetting can also be caused by an inability to decrease urine production while asleep which also requires an empty bladder for the best possible chances during the night. Your child will grow out of this with time but in the meantime every little helps.
